We felt at home here from the start. Whenever we walked by reception, staff greeted us and asked how we were doing or if we’d slept well. They were genuinely warm and accommodating, even though we never got their names. Our Urban Suite was spacious, stylish, clean, and smelled lovely. Everything felt new and well cared for. The hotel is opposite Amici Club, but our room was surprisingly quiet. With the balcony door shut, we could barely hear the music, so we got the convenient location without giving up peace. Breakfast is ordered from a menu rather than served buffet-style, with a good range of dishes. Pork is on the menu, but staff were happy to prepare halal food when asked. I also loved the thoughtful detail that each booking plants a mangrove tree. They give you a small certificate too. It felt like the hotel cares about both its guests and the planet. I’d book again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

I was here on a business trip, and the entrance to the lobby immediately felt luxurious, peaceful, and calm. Staff were so friendly, and the check-in space was cozy and welcoming. The welcome drink was refreshing, and the snack was so good I couldn’t stop eating the rice crackers. Then I found the same crackers in the complimentary minibar in my room, such a treat. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high-end resort feel. The fragrant bath oil helped me soak away my stress and calm down. The rooftop looked beautiful and romantic, but my meetings kept me too busy to enjoy it. Even the hallway to the rooms felt romantic, and I wished I could have come with my partner and daughter. Breakfast is à la carte and tasty, which suited me since I’m not a big eater. I do think they could offer pastries freely in case guests with bigger appetites aren’t full after the chosen main course. When I left, they gave me a snack and drink for the journey, both delicious. The hotel staff told me my reservation had contributed to planting one tree for Mother Earth. That made me happy to have done a small thing for nature. I’d already loved the food at Blossom Eco Villas at Canggu, where we stayed before, but this time we didn’t want a villa. I was so glad to discover that Ekosistem now has a hotel. Breakfast was the highlight of my trip. There were so many choices, and every item I tried was delicious. I don’t think I’ve eaten anything better in Bali. They generously include a main course, smoothie, and coffee or tea. We couldn’t stay longer, but we’ll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, the pool was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I came to iSuite by Ekosistem at the end of a week of work, and it was a perfect way to wrap up my first trip to Bali. The peaceful atmosphere and serene, thoughtfully done decor helped me unwind as soon as I arrived. Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the staff were warm, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The on-site restaurant, Solu, was fantastic for both breakfast and room service. Before heading home, I managed to book a body scrub at the last minute. The team also kept my bag after checkout and let me take a quick shower before my airport trip, since I’d gotten sweaty walking around. That kind of care and attention made the stay unforgettable. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.
