N Hotel Syariah

The setting was comfortable, and at first I was surprised to find it opposite a large cemetery. Three stars feels adequate, but I won't be returning. The service at reception was a real mess, though one receptionist was friendly and helpful, so thank you to him. Otherwise, the receptionist didn't seem to know much and was very unhelpful. There wasn't even a basic supply of mineral water. I was asked to leave my ID card, which I'd never had to do at a hotel before, so I refused and left money instead. When I asked where to buy drinking water, I got vague answers. I was new there, so how would I know? I also asked for a charger and for help ordering a ride, but the receptionist couldn't help with either and didn't know what number to call. The 150,000 IDR fee for checking out after 12 PM should have been explained upfront. Hotels usually give a grace period until 1 PM.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is easy to find along the roadside.

I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s easy to get to, the facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, too.

For a good price, you get a tidy room that smells nice, good service, hot water that works, and really fast Wi-Fi. I slept well here.
