Dinner was included, which was convenient since I didn’t have to go looking for food in the evening. The location was strategic and handy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I asked for a non-smoking room with a queen bed, and both requests were accommodated. The stay was pleasant, but the building seems a bit old. My room door was showing wear, and some hallway lights flickered, which affected the impression of the property. It could use some maintenance and renovation.

This is a moderate, budget hotel in Tanjung, where there are only 2 hotels. The main plus is that the room rate includes breakfast and dinner, so it’s a good option if your travel budget is very limited. The menu is very limited, especially at dinner, though the food didn’t taste bad. There are a lot of problems, too: the AC is noisy, hot water is unreliable, used cups weren’t replaced with clean ones, the complimentary coffee and tea weren’t refilled the next day, and some furniture had mold, leaving the room feeling and smelling damp. If you’re not on a tight budget, I’d suggest choosing another place.

From the moment we arrived, we were put in a room at the very back, and it wasn’t clean. The AC in my room was leaking, the bathroom ceiling leaked, and the floor was very dirty. We also found "garbage" left by previous visitors. I hope the service improves. Thank you for your attention.

Nice and comfortable, with a large parking area. Breakfast and dinner are included every day. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, thumbs up for them. I do think the AC should be cleaned regularly and the shower in the bathroom needs replacing, but overall Jelita is one of the best hotels in Tanjung city.
