The room, service, and location were very good. But the air conditioning needs regular maintenance. Last night my room wasn't comfortable because it wasn't cold enough to sleep.

The location worked well for visiting the main tourist attractions, while still being in a quieter part of town where I could sleep peacefully. The restaurant served some of the best meals of my trip. My room was spacious and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the view from the window was breathtaking. I also appreciated the complimentary water and the fresh fruit delivered each day. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, greeting me warmly and continuing to make me feel comfortable throughout my stay. They clearly cared about my experience and went out of their way to help.
