The grounds have a lot for kids, including a mini-soccer area, several play zones, and pleasant swimming pools. The front office staff were very friendly, and the room felt spacious for the price. Hygiene needs attention, though. The restaurant plates, spoons, and forks weren’t clean, and the bathroom had cracked flooring and windows that seemed dangerous, plus an unpleasant smell. I hope management addresses these problems. Thank you.

For a family stay at an affordable price, this place has a lot going for it. My suite for 4 people, booked through Agoda, was spacious and good value. There’s a pool, playground, parking, and a musholla. Breakfast was simple Indonesian food like porridge and fritters, but enough to start the day. The resort is near the main road and easy to find, though it’s about 20-30 minutes by car from Garut city center. Check-in at 1 PM went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and clear. The room was okay, but some furniture looked old and poorly maintained. The adult pool also had dirty, mossy or slippery spots that need better upkeep. There are lots of stairs and no elevator, so it isn’t accessible for people with disabilities. Overall, it’s good value for families, and I hope they improve cleanliness and accessibility.

The coffee was decent, though nothing special. What makes this one of Garut’s best coffee spots for me is the mountain view and cool breeze while you sip.

We waited close to 1 hour for the food, and when it arrived everything was cold. The chicken in the Nasi Ayam Teriyaki was very dry, with weak seasoning that was far too salty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a great experience overall, but getting to some restaurants seems difficult, and the cafe isn’t open 24 hours.
