The room was clean, the rate was good, and breakfast tasted great. The staff were prepared, well trained, and always smiling. The location worked well for me too. Wi-Fi was pretty unstable, though, so doing a Zoom meeting in the room was difficult. Still happy with my stay, and I'd come back.

The local tips from Chef Riyanto added a lot to my trip. He was humble and easy to talk to, and gave me useful recommendations and information about Tasikmalaya. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasted good, and the front office team made check-in easy with their warm welcome. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, a comfortable place to return to after exploring. Hotel Cordela was an affordable stay without giving up quality, and my first visit to Tasikmalaya was memorable. Hotel Cordela Tasikmalaya exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced stay in Tasikmalaya.

We booked three rooms for our family group for two nights, but the rooms we received weren't the ones we'd reserved online. When we tried to sort it out, the front desk staff had a really poor attitude. Between the room mix-up and the unhelpful service, the stay was very unpleasant.

We booked at the last minute and ended up having a better experience than expected. The rooms were clean, and we got connecting rooms. Staff were kind and even gave us little hampers for Eid. Thanks for the hospitality. I'd come back on another visit to Tasikmalaya.

The bathroom drain was the one downside. Water took ages to clear and left a little pool after a shower, though it wasn't a big deal to me. The room was clean and minimalist, the location was very strategic, and breakfast had a good variety, with taste that was okay for a hotel. The staff were really nice too. Pretty much what I was looking for.
