I got there around 4 a.m. after arriving during the night, only to find it wasn't actually a hotel. Agoda wouldn't refund me. The app seems broken and out of date, so I can't book through Agoda anymore. The listing now says it's a boarding house, not a hotel. What's going on?

I spent ages circling around trying to find the place. The listing said Oyo, but I ended up at someone's boarding house, and the landlady already knew I was looking for a hotel. Google led me to a market. They said the place was in RW01, not RW07, even though the address was right. I kept searching for RW07 and came across an Islamic boarding school. At night, the students in white really stood out from far away. The number on the listing only reached the room booking service, not an actual person 😭😭😭

The place itself was nice and tidy. The room next door was uncomfortable, though, because the caretaker was staying there and played loud music all night. Maybe I just picked the wrong room.

Why charge every guest a parking fee equal to the price of a pack of cigarettes? Here's my number: 082342139644... I don't recommend this place at all, and I'm not staying here again.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Especially if Papa is there drinking Vitamale, the most effective aphrodisiac, you can stay horny all night 😍 Interested? WA 081286588907
