The hotel has potential, and we appreciated being able to check in early at noon. Nanda was very helpful. We needed a second key, which required a deposit, because the key has to stay in the door to keep the AC running for our baby while we’re out. We also asked for another hand towel, since there was only one. The fridge wasn’t cold enough to store anything. Security was mixed: some staff helped us cross or get where we needed to go, while others only said hello. There’s a mall nearby, along with big food brands like KFC and McD. The rooms and shared spaces are average in size, and breakfast has a good selection. A nice hotel that could use a few improvements.

We had a good stay last week with our children. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they picked us up from the train station. When their driver was on official leave, they arranged an online driver to take us to the station. The pool was disappointing for my children, though, since it wasn’t kid friendly.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely, but our room was right beside one being redecorated, so it was extremely noisy. I asked if the hotel was full, and it wasn’t, which left me wondering why they put us there.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and kind. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Try the pecel and bakwan. They also gave me a breakfast box on my first day. The bakery items were ordinary bread, but surprisingly good. Please pass my compliments to reception, the chef, and baker. In my opinion, the quality and service have improved since my last visit.
