The villas feel like luxurious tents tucked into the Ubud jungle, with private pools and beautiful jungle views. Being surrounded by nature made it feel like living in paradise, and the whole place has a special mix of tranquility and beauty. The team made the stay stand out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, and the management was clearly present, making sure things were organized down to the smallest details. It was a magical experience I won't forget, and I wholeheartedly recommend this unique hotel.

At Api Jiwa, Chef Arvie served imaginative, delicious food that was a highlight of our stay. We also felt personally welcomed throughout our time at Capella Ubud, Bali, where every staff member greeted us by name. Christian and his wonderful team made the stay feel flawless and memorable. The jungle setting gave the trip the feeling of a luxurious expedition. Falling asleep to nature's sounds and waking up surrounded by rainforest made it a beautiful adventure.

This was our first Cappella stay, and it definitely won't be our last. The spectacular room, delicious food with not a bad bite, fabulous pool, and incredible massages all felt next-level. The staff went out of their way to help, and their warmth and happiness really came through. We absolutely loved it and will return. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

It felt like camping in a beautiful real-life setting, with all the luxury too. We loved happy hours, the luxurious tea and bites at turndown, and the wonderful staff. The gym was great, the massages are a must, and even the dance class was fun. ◡̈ My friend had an accident on an excursion we hadn't booked through the hotel. The team arranged for a doctor to come and take amazing care of her, checked in on us each day, and sent special gifts to make her stay better. I'd highly recommend this place for families or two friends travelling in Bali. If you're thinking of booking, do it!

We were also staying at the hotel, where the friendly staff made us feel welcome and the beautiful scenery brought a real sense of peace. The hotel's work around sustainability and cultural heritage impressed me, especially as manager Christian explained the initiatives. You can tell how much everyone cares about the place, and I'd love to return. Dinner at Api Jiwa was incredible. The chef explained each meal and its cultural significance, and every dish drew on Asian cuisine. You could see the effort and dedication in the food. It was one of the best meal experiences I've had. Thanks to our kind servers Ayu and Sudi, and to the amazing chefs Arvi, Ega and Jonshon. Loved it, and I 100% recommend this place!
