For me and my boyfriend, the animal and insect sounds weren't a problem at all. The villa sits in a rice field, so that kind of noise is to be expected if you're choosing a bamboo house. We still got to enjoy the lovely natural setting, and the place was very clean. I don't understand all the negative comments. I'd recommend it if you want to be closer to nature. Just let the staff know if you'll arrive at night, since there isn't a reception.

The walk to the villa is long, and that wasn't mentioned. There was no pickup service, and the path is broken, running between construction areas and rural accommodation. The huts had doors with gaps that never felt secure and were difficult to open and close. Being in a rice field meant snakes, large lizards, and lots of tiny insects around us, but the huts had no protection from them. The area was poorly lit, and there wasn't enough light inside either. We used our torches to reach the huts and move between them. With no proper paths connecting the huts, carrying luggage was hard. Snakes and lizards appeared from the water at any time, day or night. If someone was bitten, there were no nearby hospitals. The listing mentioned a dining area, but it was just a chair and small table outside the hut, with no dedicated dining space. The hut and property also lacked basic things like a safe place for luggage, device charging, and somewhere convenient to put belongings. We paid extra for one of the more expensive rooms with a harness and an outdoor swimming tub. The other rooms had hot water, but this one was open. By morning, the tub was full of insects and too difficult to clean. Charging extra for something we couldn't use was disappointing. It would have been better with drainage, hot water, a roof, or filtration, but it didn't seem thoughtfully designed.

The villa has gorgeous views, and it's tucked off the main road so the setting feels quiet and secluded. The bathroom was great and the service was excellent. There were quite a few mosquitoes, insects, and ants, though. Still a beautiful place, with pests as the main drawback.

We asked for decorations, but the team got everything wrong and ruined our whole plan. Getting to the villa was another hassle. It's 400 meters off the main road along a very narrow route that cars can't use, and management offered no help carrying our luggage. The insect and animal sounds were so loud that I couldn't sleep even for ten minutes. I know the property is surrounded by rice fields, but they should have noise reducing glass to make it easier for guests to rest. I don't recommend staying here. It was a terrible experience and a waste of a lot of money.
