Tiny ECO Bamboo Ubud

A great little getaway if you want to relax and feel closer to nature. The place has a Zen feel, and the area is lovely to explore, with no traffic. It was very clean, and I was surprised by how elevated the bathroom could be built. The bamboo is a big plus too. Highly recommend, speaking as a travel agent.

The huts are amazing. I’ve never slept so well in Bali, and the quiet rice fields made it easy to relax and read instead of looking at a screen. Breakfast was huge and delicious: mixed fruit, nasi campur, Arabica coffee, and tea. There are lovely walks from the huts through the neighborhood and rice fields to waterfalls and rivers. Afterward, we had fresh coconuts straight from the trees in front of the huts. Terima kasih banyak teman teman.

Pak Made was incredibly warm and made us feel like family. He even took us through a small ceremony at one of his nearby temples, and praying with him and joining the ritual felt very special. The guesthouse rooms sit beside the rice paddy his dad farms, and his dad is friendly too. The rooms are simple, cozy, and comfortable, and the location and family hospitality make this a special place to get away from Bali’s tourism. Getting there means walking through the rice field from the road, so a backpack is better than a heavy roller bag. If that suits you, you may fall in love with it. Think about whether Pak Made’s home and this kind of stay fit you if you travel with lots of luggage or want luxury, or prefer the energy of Central Ubud.

Right in the middle of a rice field, with amazing views and a wonderfully serene feel. The beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely friendly. I love being close to nature, so this was perfect for me. It’s also in an authentic Balinese village. My favorite stay in Bali so far, and I can’t recommend it enough.
