Villa Alosta

The owner was so kind and helpful, sorting out transportation and helping whenever we ordered food. We also had an excellent, relaxing massage. Villa Alosta was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a strong local village feel that made everything calm and authentic. The hospitality made our stay especially nice. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable stay in Ubud, and we’d love to return.

The private pool was a real plus for relaxing, and the quiet area was great for getting away from the crowds. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Ayuk made a big difference for us, helping with all sorts of things, even finding boat tickets at the last minute after our booking was cancelled. Everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty and generous. We also loved the villa, especially the pool, and it was nice to be able to arrange massages or a flower bath there. We were a family of four and found the location a good balance: outside Ubud but still close to it, near both the Ridge walk through the rice fields and the Tegallalang terraces. From the garden, we could watch neighbors harvesting rice, which felt very picturesque and traditional. The road is narrow and has no sidewalk, so getting around on foot is difficult even though distances look short. A car or scooter is useful, or you can use the hotel's transport or Grab. We really recommend staying here.
