We stayed for two weeks and were genuinely sad when it was time to leave. The villa and the whole property are beautiful, and it felt comfortable and relaxing, almost like home. Breakfast was great, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The main downside was the noise: in a single room the wall is shared, so you can hear everything your neighbour says or does. The roosters are loud too, so be ready for early mornings! Apart from that, my friend and I had a lovely time. The room was beautiful, breakfast was incredible, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The owner was so kind. He even took us to his own villa to show us his homemade kombucha and the ingredients for smoothie bowls.

Our kids loved the pool, and it was a very family-friendly stay. We had one of the double-storey villas, which was neat and pleasant, with amazing nature around it. Breakfast was yummy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also arranged a guide for our day trips around ubud.

We spent 5 days in Ubud at Villa Lumbung, which was quiet and comfortable without being far from the main streets. Our room was spacious, had AC and Wi-Fi, and was clean when we arrived. Kadek was a very sweet host who checked each day whether we needed anything or wanted the room cleaned. He also helped arrange a bike rental for 3 days at a reasonable price. I’d recommend it if you want a peaceful spot away from the tourist crowds but still close enough to reach them.

Vila Lumbung has a fabulous pool and great rooms, and the staff are super nice. The position in Seminaks best area is another plus. I’d give it 11/10.
