We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and had a great experience. The service was really helpful, and the food was great. The room was clean and tidy, especially for a hotel in a remote part of Sumatra. I'd gladly stay here again in Tembilahan.

I liked the service and the rooms, but the bathroom had a really strong smell. I only used it to bathe and pee, so that was pretty unpleasant.

The main hassle was the key and light setup. You have to put the key chain in its bracket to turn on the lights, but the key is fixed to the chain, so you end up locking and unlocking the door in the dark. The hot water was also hard to get running, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly. The room itself was small but clean and tidy, with a firm, cozy bed. I thought the blanket was too thick. The hotel had only opened in April 2018.

The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean enough, and the hot water worked all day and night. Prices were around 240 to 460k. Pasar jongkok is about 400m away, and it's near to everywhere. A nice hotel to stay at, well done.
