It looks small from outside, but the room was really spacious and clean, and it was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly. The in-room Wi-Fi gets very slow when lots of hotel guests are using it.

We stayed one night on the way back to the airport. Check-in was smooth, and there was hot water and good AC in every room. The junior suite, room 502, had a great view. In the morning it took 10 minutes to reach the airport with no traffic.

For the price, it’s worth it. The service was excellent, and the room was cleaner than at the other hotels in town.

We’ll choose this as our transit hotel from now on. It’s fairly new, modern, clean and neat, and close to the airport. Breakfast is enough to get the day started, with toast, sweet cakes, and local dishes. The receptionists are smiley and professional. If you order an online car to the airport, expect to pay just under Rp100,000 including the airport entry charge. It may be hard to get a car from the airport because drivers and private taxis are already waiting at the rank and competing for passengers.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you’re visiting Ternate, I highly recommend the hotel. I also enjoyed my morning coffee on the top terrace, looking out at the Gamalama volcano.
