What I’ll remember most is the staff. Everyone I met was warm, attentive, and accommodating. My room was on the small side, but cozy and practical, with everything I needed, and the amenities were in good condition. Breakfast choices were limited, though what they had was tasty and filling. The location also made getting around easy, with a mall right across the street and the bus station and traditional market within walking distance.

Gaia (Gwen) is the one hotel in Ternate I’m happy to return to. It’s a small island, so I don’t expect too much, but this place feels more comfortable and dependable than the other hotels I’ve tried, some of which don’t meet the standard. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, and it felt like a proper hotel stay. I’d definitely come back.
