The team at Nirvana Hotel made my stay memorable, from the gardener to the security guard. Sanja and Ian especially welcomed me with real warmth and kindness, and everyone was attentive and ready to help. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Awan was the best guide. There was always a friendly, relaxed feeling around the hotel. The staff were professional and thoughtful, but also funny and full of positive energy. Sanja 😂😂😂 Their generosity and cheerful personalities made a great stay truly unforgettable. This may be the best hotel I've found in Lombok since I arrived. Thank you all, one by one. I can't recommend the wonderful people at Nirvana Hotel enough. 🌿😊✨

The room was cool and comfortable, with a lovely view of the rice terraces, and the food was delicious. Everyone on staff was welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. Rocky especially made us feel at home, so a shoutout to him. The internet wasn't very fast, which could be a problem if you plan to work, but it was fine for streaming a movie while we chilled. Really nice place and staff. Highly recommend, and we'll stay again 🙏

The pool is huge, and the fresh, tasty food has plenty of choices. What really made the stay, though, was how warmly the staff welcomed us. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. A lovely place for a getaway.

Sanja was especially wonderful, though everyone on the team was so kind, funny, welcoming, and helpful. They sorted out bike rentals and pointed us toward places to visit. We really enjoyed the food too, and the pool was lovely. We had a great stay.

The rooms were basic, but the pool area was excellent and we enjoyed the restaurant food. What stood out most was the staff, who were kind and accommodating throughout our stay in Tetebatu. I’d recommend staying here.
