Charming 2Bdr Villa in the heart of Canggu & Beach walking Distance

The pool stayed clean the whole time, unlike at some other villas we stayed in. Thanks to mila and the staff for a great stay. I had no problems with my room. I’d seen reviews mentioning mosquitoes, but I didn’t get bitten once, with the big fan overhead and the net on the bed.

The villa was huge for two, and we got sun by the pool from 9am to 3pm, perfect for tanning. It’s easy to walk everywhere from this great location. The air con worked a treat, and we’d stay again. Just watch out for the very slippery bathroom tiles outside the shower 🤣 The kitchen’s basic, though we didn’t cook, and the fridge was handy for our drinks.

The staff were warm and attentive, and the place felt so peaceful. We loved being here and could happily have stayed forever. It’s in a great location, too. Highly recommend!

What bothered me most was the lack of basic fixes and privacy. The aircon barely works, the ceiling fan spins too slowly to help, and gaps around the doors and walls let mosquitoes into the room. There were bugs everywhere, and the cheap curtains let in morning light. They also don’t cover the bathroom, so neighbors can see inside. I slept badly and sweated at night because the aircon wasn’t fixed. It feels lazy and cheap not to put up curtains for privacy. I hope the owners take this seriously and improve the facilities. This isn’t a luxury, high priced place, but it isn’t cheap either, and guests deserve working basics. I can’t recommend it.
