The only good thing about the house is the location, right in the town center and close to the beach. The place is poorly maintained: pool tiles are missing, the air conditioning is broken, the nightlights don’t work, and the wardrobe is coming apart. There’s dirt and dust everywhere, and the bathroom faucets are green with limescale. I wouldn’t recommend it, and we’ll never stay there again.

The location is the worst I’ve ever seen in a villa, and customer service was terrible. We waited three hours for a reply, then were spoken to rudely. In the end, the guard said, “I quit my job, I’m not working anymore.” What about our money? No one answered, and 806 Saudi Riyals were stolen from us. May God punish them!
