Villa Casa Bocami Canggu By Azure Near Finns

From the first night, this villa was a nightmare. My friend got trapped in her room when the key broke in the lock (see photo). Her air conditioner was stuck on full blast, and she couldn't adjust the temperature, switch it off, or get out. There was mould all over her room and the villa (see photos), and she got very sick and needed to be put on a drip (see photo). The concierge said they'd call me but then refused, even though I wanted them to speak with the doctor about the rooms' condition (see screenshot). At first, they wouldn't refund us for the nights we weren't going to stay. Airbnb helped after we provided the full medical reports. Not long after, I got sick too and needed a drip, while I was still trying to deal with the unhelpful villa concierge. On arrival, bulbs in the room blew, which made it seem like nobody had checked these things. The rooms weren't soundproof and were very noisy. We were woken at 2am by partygoers, at daybreak during prayers, and at 8am by construction. We never expected such a horrific stay, given the misleading photos and price. No wonder all the reviews were from two years ago.
