We ended up leaving and booking another place because we couldn’t get even the basic living conditions here. The villa had no running water when we arrived, so showering and cleaning weren’t possible, and later the power went out for about 10 hours overnight. Nobody offered updates, help, or a fix. There was no communication or support at any point, and the property felt abandoned rather than hosted. What we found was completely different from what had been advertised. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had to leave because the stay didn’t meet basic expectations. There was mold everywhere, and when problems came up there was no reception or anyone available to help. The place felt abandoned, and communication from the “host” was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. What was advertised bore little resemblance to our experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The villa was dirty and looked like it needed maintenance, and the pool was dirty too. It had only been treated with chemicals minutes before check-in, when that should have been done well ahead of our arrival. Finding the place was another problem: the Google Maps location was wrong, and customer care sent us a second incorrect pin. Their mistake cost us an unnecessary $7. It was the worst villa stay we’ve had in Bali and didn’t feel worth the money.
