Villa VOC

Being at the end of an alley made it feel tucked away, while still being close to everything in berawa/canggu. The upstairs rooms are nice, with balconies looking out over the ricefields and valley. Inside, the bed is comfy, there’s aircon and a ceiling fan, and the place is clean and tidy. There’s a small pool and a shared kitchen too. One thing to know, partying neighbours can get noisy at night, so bring earplugs.

I spent a week here and loved it. It felt like a home within a home, and I only needed to bring clothes and buy food if I wanted to cook. The kitchenette has a microwave, oven toaster, refrigerator and cutlery, and the AQUA water dispenser is available 24/7. My queen size bedroom had 400 thread count sheets and a bed cover, a high ceiling that made it feel spacious, and a balcony over the padi fields. In the morning, our little feathered friend and the geese would wake us up. Thumbs up!

It felt like home, and the rooms were lovely. The staff were kind and helpful, and it was quiet. The location wasn’t ideal for us since we spent most of our time at Berawa Beach, but that didn’t take away from the stay. :)

It was a bit tricky to find the alley on our first night, but that was nothing compared with the experience we had. Hidden gem. Thumbs up to Yudha and Team, keep up the good work.
