Villa Sunsara 2

The biggest issue was that my family didn’t feel safe. One night the power went out close to midnight, and it only came back after we contacted several people on the property management list. A few hours later, we heard something outside the ground floor room that sounded like someone trying to open the door. It went on for a long time, until we turned on all the lights. Workers used the front garage to access the house, and they left it open most of the time. There’s a guard house at the front, but we almost never saw a security guard at the property until we complained. When we asked about the apparent attempted break-in, no proper explanation was given, though we were told there was CCTV in the area. The villa is right by the main road and a short walk from the beach club, so the public can get to it easily. Service was poor, and security is a serious concern at this price. We’ll never return. The villa might have been nice if it had been safe, properly cleaned, and cared for. The floor was very dirty, and one room hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. Furnishings needed repair or replacement, kitchen handles were rusty, the tiles were yellow, and the small pool beside the room was dirty and unusable.
