The room was dirty, the toilet was dirty too, and there was no Wi-Fi. They hadn't changed the bed sheets. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel itself is new and the rooms look nice, but sleep was impossible. Big families were partying right outside my room until 1 am, with no regard for other guests. The room also had no toilet paper or garbage bin. On top of that, light from strong lamps behind the uncovered upper windows kept the room bright all night. I asked the staff to turn the outside lights off, and they did, but someone switched them on again.

Getting here from Selangit is a long trip, and the stay wasn't worth the money. There was no air conditioning, the fan and hot water didn't work, and neither the room nor the hotel grounds were clean. The toilet had no paper, and there was no hair dryer. I'd avoid it.

It's quiet and nice there, but that's about it. The only nearby place to eat is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The room looked beautiful at first, then the power went out twice. There isn't air conditioning or even a fan. I know the area is quite chilly, but people who can sleep in colder weather could still use a fan.

A peaceful spot for a family gathering. It wasn't too crowded, and we could relax and enjoy Lake Toba.
