I liked how quiet it was and the atmosphere around the place. There weren’t many people, unlike on the other side of the lake. The water sport boat or canoe lying broken on the surface could use some investment. With that fixed, this could be a really romantic place, hahaha.
A comfortable, natural place to rest your eyes and relax. They have drinks and snacks too, which make it easy to feel at home and want to stay for ages.
People often mistake this place for a Linow Lake cafe, but it’s near Tondangow. It’s about 2-3 km from the highway, or 1,5 km from Linow lake cafe. You can rent a cottage to rest, use the space for a party, or stop at the cafe for food and snacks. There are lots of spots for photos, and you can get close to the lake. Entry costs Rp. 10.000, with meals and snacks extra.
When the sun shines right over the lake, it shows several colours. It’s a favorite stop for visitors to Tomohon, North Sulawesi, and you can take photos or videos there. There’s also a mini restorant where you can get food and drinks. Come here in winter.
A great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time by the active volcano lake near Tomohon, in central nort sulawesi.
