The lack of an elevator means you’ll need to use the stairs for many of the rooms, and the breakfast could be better. Still, this is one of the best hotels in the Tomohon area. It has a good parking lot and is close to the city center, the main road, several restaurants including a KFC and multiple ragey restaurants, plus an ATM and minimarket within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and communicate well through WhatsApp. Booking through the hotel’s WhatsApp, listed on its Instagram, may get you better availability than third party websites. The hotel is clean and well maintained, including the lobby floors and furniture. Rooms are spacious, furnished well, quiet enough, and have comfortable beds. The bathroom was excellent overall, though the water pressure was a little low on my last day. They also did a very good job cleaning the room.

The hotel is close to the main road and food shops, and the free breakfast was OK. I stayed for 18 days. The room was fine, but the AC gave me trouble and the owner didn’t seem to care much about it. Still, it was a nice place to stay overall.

For 30,000 IDR extra, the deluxe room seems a much better deal. The cheapest superior rooms start at 300,000 IDR, but I’d avoid them since they may be on the ground floor and smell. Breakfast is included, with standard nasi goreng and coffee that wasn’t so tragic. Good value in central Tomohon.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was great. We stayed in a Junior surite, which was roomy and laid out well. The hotel is simple, modern, and clean, right downtown, just a block from Omega tower and the shopping area. The traditional market is also an easy walk. Breakfast had a limited selection, but what we had was very good. We’ll stay here again.

The room itself was OK, but it wasn’t clean. They didn’t replace the towels or refill the soap, and breakfast was very poor. There’s no tourist help available: no taxi, motorbike rental, or guide, and they didn’t seem to know where those services were. When I asked, all they could say was that they didn’t know.
