Even after giving two days’ notice, I couldn’t cancel one night. I’d asked just 10 minutes after booking, so that was really disappointing. The place was also too far from where I needed to go, and cleanliness was a problem.

I couldn’t get hold of anyone by email when I tried to sort out the booking, and I couldn’t find the place. They took my money, but I still haven’t had a reply. I’m so angry. Stay clear.
