Warning, this place feels like a scam. I booked and paid through Agoda, but the owner wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid another RP200k. There wasn’t any way to cancel the reservation. If there’s a problem with Agada or Oyo, why is it still open for bookings?

It was dirty, smelly, and dusty. The blankets had large, hard stains, and there were lots of mosquitoes with no klamboe. Even though the price was really cheap, it was still poor value for money. Worst experience of my seven months traveling.

The owner didn’t acknowledge the reservation I’d made through an online hotel booking site.

A friend booked this tour to Tomohon for me through Traveloka. The place is tucked away a little, has a cool atmosphere, and includes breakfast. The bathroom felt a bit uncomfortable because of its transparent roof. It’s better suited to groups, so I wouldn’t suggest it for solo travelers. Otherwise, it was great.
