Mayor at reception was wonderful and so helpful, and can help you with literally everything. The bed was clean and comfy, the shower was lovely and hot, and the market and restaurants are right next door. Just a couple of small things: our window wouldn't close, so some rain got in, and the toilet gun leaked a little.

The staff were helpful and informative, and the location works well for the bus station and Tomohan market. There are quite a few street-food-style places not far away, though most restaurants seemed to be at least a 30-minute walk toward the Monado end of town. The hotel is pretty standard, with great rooftop views, but the rooftop in particular could use a little TLC.

The rooftop view was lovely, and that's where breakfast is served. They change up breakfast each day, and the staff were friendly. Joshua at the front desk was especially helpful with a tour and other information. We enjoyed our stay, though the superior room was small, with a small window and a fan. It was hot during the day, so you may want to choose air conditioning.

The staff were super friendly and helped us find nice places in and around Tomohon during our two-night stay. But the hotel itself was pretty run down, and the rooms seemed damp, with some apparently moldy. The rooftop wasn't being used anymore, and breakfast was no longer available.
