The bed was clean and okay, so that earns the one star. The room was still really hot even with the air conditioning, and the keeper was lazy and made guests feel unwelcome. Once was enough for me. I wish I could give zero stars.

I’d already paid through the app, but when I found out they don’t work with OYO, it felt like I’d been scammed. They should be removed from the app because this is hurting a lot of people.

It felt like a haunted house, and I didn’t want to stay there, so I ran off. Losing the money was fine as long as I could feel calm again. I was fooled.

I booked through an app, then they showed me proof of the booking and payment before changing their story and saying the room was full. How can they claim they don’t cooperate with the app after that? And why make excuses about an empty room? We came with our families, not just a few friends. If they don’t have enough money, they should just say so. Guests are being treated like they don’t matter.

This was my first time being scammed when booking a hotel. I’d booked and paid through an app, but when I got there it turned out to be a dud. Those irresponsible women don’t seem to care. Don’t book here, guys.
