It’s sad to see such a beautiful place, built with a big budget, with all the rool left empty and no customers. I think they need a stronger management team and some major changes, with a different outlook and vision. If you’re interested, you can contact me for marketing consulting.

We loved staying here, as long as you’re ready for an eco lodge. There’s no hot water or air conditioning, and you can hear frogs and lizards outside at night. That’s all part of the experience.

The ecolodge sits on a beautiful jungle property, and the customer service was good. Still, it’s hard to know how to rate the stay. While we were asleep I kept itching, as if bugs were crawling on me. When we switched the lights on, there were ants everywhere, thousands on the bed, floors, bathroom, all over. We called security around 11 pm and they moved us to another room. It was pretty traumatizing, and I still felt phantom ants afterward. There’s no AC, and it can get quite hot. Think of it like camping. 😂
