It was extremely quiet, with no other guests around. I’m sure this villa is a very unlucky place, and I’ll never return. There was just one employee, whose service was very poor, and the empty rooms had no TV.

The room looked nothing like the picture. I wanted to cancel, but couldn’t, and they kept my money even though I never stayed or even sat on the bed. The service was a zero. They got angry and said, “Even though from the start I was good.” This place is somewhere people won’t be able to sleep, and no one will come back.

I regretted checking in and checked out straight away. The room even had lizards in it, which was ridiculous. It was damp and stuffy, with mold all over the ceiling. There’s no air conditioning, and the windows are fixed just for display, so there’s no ventilation. If there’s no AC, the app should at least say so, or the windows should open. The pictures don’t match the real rooms, and guest comfort seems to matter less than profit. They really shouldn’t run an inn with Redrooz if this is how it is. I’d give zero stars if I could. Who’d go back, unless they were unlucky enough to have already booked?

After looking at the room for a few minutes, I checked out right away. The photos were very different from what I found: no ventilation, a bad smell, and dirt, especially outside the room. Service was lacking too, and the Wi-Fi network wasn’t good. Please show room photos that actually reflect the conditions.
