For our pre-wedding photo trip, we chose this place because it looked a bit better than some others based on Google reviews, and it turned out to be a good choice. The room was big and tidy, with clean sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge and clean, with hot water, and they provided towels and mineral water. Great lake view too. The garden is cosy for spreading out a mat and having a picnic. The owner and staff were really warm and polite, which you don’t often come across locally, lol. There’s a restaurant nearby, I think it’s called Orari, just a few yards before Hariara. It served generous portions of tasty food at a reasonable price. Hariara has a restaurant too, but it was closed when we were there. Only downside was a very slow response when we tried reaching them on WhatsApp.

The service is five stars, and you can even order breakfast straight to the garden :) The rooms look onto a geren garden and sit beside the water. There’s an altana where you can have breakfast or drink Bintang when it rains. A lovely, quiet place to sit back and enjoy the beauty of tuktuk.

The rooms are clean and the views are lovely. There’s also a big grassy area outside, which is a real bonus when you’re travelling with kids.

The view is amazing, and the room was clean. We loved the beautiful Garden and hot water so much that we decided to stay another night.
