We'd happily come back. A week after our whole Bali trip, Tauch Terminal is still one of the places we remember most fondly. The setting and restaurant gave it a special feel, the staff were so friendly, the massages were awesome, and the diving atmosphere was great. We didn't dive with the resort because we wanted more focused instruction, so we went across the street to Let's Dive Tulamben instead. The location is prime, with great food at the hotel and nearby, and the main dive sites right out front. Rooms were a solid three-star stay. The views and steady AC were very good. The bathrooms, beds, pillows, and renovations were only mediocre, but still fine for the price and category. Our one real issue was the room. We paid extra for a nicer one, settled in, then realized we'd been given a lower-tier room. When we went to discuss it at reception, the hotel was booked out and couldn't provide the room we'd paid for. They gave us 30% off the basic room rate and a couples spa treatment instead. On our way out, staff gave us an adorable teddy bear. I wish we could return soon.

Even though I don't dive, I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere here. It's a peaceful little corner of the world, with incredibly kind staff, tasty food, and warm smiles from the service team. A lovely, relaxing stay.

We stayed three nights and would gladly return. This was our second visit to one of our favorite places in Bali. We were in town for a wedding this time, coming and going from the hotel over two days, and didn't snorkel. Wayan at reception kindly helped us tie our sarongs for the wedding. I love the rooms and the restaurant food, especially my nasi campur and tofu tempe salad. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful, including Iloo in the Spa, Lulu from housekeeping, Ari at reception, and the restaurant and bar teams. The hotel takes sustainability seriously and avoids single-use plastic. It's a peaceful, understated hotel in a beautiful spot, and I highly recommend it.
