We’ve stayed here twice now and have been very happy both times. It’s quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious, and worked well for our big family. The ocean is in front and the volcano behind, such a beautiful view. The pasta and breakfast were especially good, and all the food was delicious. Our kids made friends with the owner’s children, Aiden and Arthur. They’re kind and smart. See you again on our summer holiday, and wishing Palm Springs continued success!

The volcano and ocean views are sublime. We had a wonderful volcano view from our balcony, then switched to an ocean view. It’s easy to get around from here, especially for snorkeling and diving. The pool is huge, and the rooms are clean.

The staff were all polite and kind, and the modest hotel had the things we needed, including a decent pool and clean rooms. We went snorkeling and diving, and although the current was a little rough, my divemaster was attentive and helpful. My 7-year-old daughter also had a great time snorkeling with the instructor, who was lovely with kids. For affordable diving and snorkeling in Tulamben, Palm Spring is a nice choice.

The views of Mount Agung and the endless ocean are remarkable, and the property and rooms are kept clean. Putu, Sri, and the rest of the staff were very helpful and took care of everything we needed during our stay.

We spent our time diving, doing yoga, and relaxing here. The hotel is quite new, with clean, modern rooms and a large balcony. The pool is huge, and the restaurant is good. The volcano and ocean views are stunning, with lovely sunrises and sunsets.
