For less than 300,000 Rupiah, I didn't expect much when I booked a deluxe and deluxe plus room, but the facilities turned out to be on par with F*ve Hotels. The deluxe room doesn't have a hot shower, though the water sometimes feels warm, maybe because Tulungagung gets so hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, there's plenty of parking, and the central location makes getting around easy. The front desk is open 24 hours. Not bad for a lite version hotel.

The service was like a tiger, and I was the only guest there. No wonder the hostel was so quiet. I'd rather stay at RedDoorz near Dr. Iskak Hospital, where the rooms are clean, the building is new, the facilities are complete, and food is easy to find. The price is the same. Here, the standard room bed is only 90 cm wide, the AC isn't cold, and there's no hot water. Don't book through the app, either. You'll definitely be asked to pay extra and given a small room. The receptionist is a tiger!!! Worst hostel in Tulungagung.

The room was fine and had enough facilities. One small suggestion: make the roadside sign clearer, since I mistook the place for a restaurant.

For a family room with a hot shower, 265k feels pretty cheap, and the admin is quick to respond and friendly. You do have to contact the admin on WhatsApp first since the family room can't be booked in the app, but that's okay 👌🏻. I think it's really worth staying here.

The city is close by, so it's easy to get around. I tried the family room yesterday for just 265, and it was clean with a hot shower. There's a delicious chicken soup seller downstairs, which makes meals easy if you're bringing small children.
