We got a great price in low season and had a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and the pool was still enjoyable even when it rained. The hot water worked really well. You can rent a scooter from the property.

A peaceful place that really helped me feel calm. If you love nature, this resort is worth visiting. The staff are great, helpful, and available all the time.

The Deluxe Bungalow had a pleasant little sit-out overlooking the paddy fields, and the reclaimed-wood construction, with very little brick or cement, is environmentally friendly. It’s a quiet, affordable place with minimalist rooms and no frills. The stairs to the room and down to the bathroom take good stamina. We heard frogs after a spell of rain, which was fine, and surprisingly had no mosquitoes or bugs despite being close to nature. The room came with towels, a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a hair dryer, a lockable closet, bedside table, small table, stool, mosquito net, and a comfortable cot with a plush mattress, six pillows, and a comforter. Bike rental was 80k per day, which is affordable.

The main drawback for me was the air conditioning during the day. When it got hot outside, the unit struggled to cool the room, which left it humid and uncomfortable. That made relaxing or napping in the room frustrating. Fans might help temporarily, but they wouldn’t really solve it, and the warm, stuffy room when you need the AC most affected my experience. Still, this is a beautiful resort in a tranquil area, and the price is very reasonable. The property and shared areas were impeccably clean, with staff regularly tending to them. The clear-water swimming area has plenty of room to lounge, and breakfast is tasty with a range of choices. For a short stay it’s satisfying, though over several nights the breakfast selection may feel limited. The staff were friendly, polite, and available during the day to help. They also offer airport transfers, scooter rental, and organized tours, so check their deals before arranging activities elsewhere. I had a memorable stay overall, with a lot to like despite the room temperature issue.
