Asri Sari Villa Ubud

The pool was clean and refreshingly cool, and our ground-floor room looked out over it. My wife and son loved that. We arrived on 23/12/2025 to sleep before heading to Bali Safari and Marine the next day. The room was ready, and the staff were great. When we asked the night front desk for an extra pillow and a kettle, they brought both up. There was one brief power cut, about five minutes, then it came back, no big deal. We paid 1,750,000 rupiah for three nights with breakfast from 8am-10am, very affordable. Thanks to the host for having us. Sam, Mele & Tevita jr. From Tonga 🇹🇴 Suksmaaa 🙏 Terima kasihh 🙏

The address listed isn't the right one.

The first room wasn't clean, with a dirty toilet and shower walls, no towels, bath mat, or bottled water, and holes in the mosquito nets. There was also a disconnected electrical wire in the pool. After one night, we asked for a refund for the rest of our stay. Staff refused, but offered another villa, which we accepted. It was a little cleaner, and they brought towels, a bath mat, and water when we asked. We also requested cleaning, but staff only swept and made the bed. The bathroom light stayed broken despite our complaint. The bathtub was in awful shape, its drain completely broken, and the hot water ran out after about 10 liters. The bathroom smelled musty and damp. Breakfast items were left piled up without anyone coming to clear them. We saw cockroaches inside and outside, including one that tried to get into my bathtub. We rented a scooter from reception, rode for five minutes, and found it was in storage! Then there was a condom wrapper in the bathroom trash and a used condom in the outside bin. This was outrageous and largely ruined our stay at Asri Sari Villa. Avoid at all costs!

The admin never gets back to me. I've tried calling too, but nobody answers.
