Ayurvedagram Bali

I travelled solo and felt completely safe throughout my stay. The staff were attentive without hovering, and by the second day the place felt oddly familiar, in a good way. Dr Natasha oversees the programme with a calm, sharp, grounded manner. She listens properly, explains things simply, and adjusts your plan as you go, so you feel supported rather than processed. I’ve been to more wellness retreats than I can count, from Switzerland to Mexico, and Ayurvedagram Bali really feels like somewhere you can land and reset. The calm starts almost immediately, with no rush and no noise. Treatments, morning rituals, and the stillness helped me slow down, wander, and just be. I left feeling properly reset, clearer, lighter, and far more myself. I’d return without hesitation.

The property has lovely, well-kept grounds and a large pool, and the food was healthy, thoughtfully prepared, and genuinely tasty. I recently completed the two-week Panchakarma program and had a wonderful experience. From my first consultation with Dr. Natasha through the treatments, everything was well organized. The team made sure each treatment happened on time and as planned. A very positive, rejuvenating stay.

The doctors assessed my health and what I hoped to get from the two weeks, then recommended the treatments they felt I needed. They checked on our treatment and health each day and adjusted things when needed. I can’t praise them enough, they looked after us so well. The treatments were exceptional, and the therapists are world class. We completed a two week treatment at Ayurvedagram in Bali. Our pool room was spacious and clean, with easy access to the pool, and the dining area was well laid out. The peaceful Ubud location helped set the tone. Yoga, breathing, and meditation also helped me relax. I left after two weeks feeling very relaxed and re-energised. I fully recommend this Ayurveda spa and will be coming back next year.

The property has beautiful luxury design, but I was very disappointed by the service. I’d hoped to stay there for a retreat, and when I arrived for lunch they said I needed a reservation two hours beforehand. I understood that, but another woman was told about it and came over speaking rudely, almost shouting, and explaining that we couldn’t leave with a fake smile. I’d injured myself just before arriving and asked for ice. They told me, “we are not a bar.” My mum had wanted to stay for a month and pay them 1000$+, but after the bad service I received, we won’t stay or come back. Very sad. If you go, I hope your stay is better than mine.
