The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and it suited the calm feel of Bumi Kinar Ubud. Little touches made the stay feel warm, too: fruit on arrival and delicious chocolates at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a natural atmosphere that blends into the lush, peaceful surroundings. Staff were friendly and quick to respond. When I mentioned that the bathroom drain was a little clogged, they took care of it right away. A lovely place to unwind and reconnect with Ubud's serenity. 🌸

We spent two nights here for the UWRF. The grounds were lush, the cafe had a nice setting, and breakfast was made to order. The modern skylight room we eventually got was impressive, and everything worked except the TV. I'd recommend that room. The UWRF itself went well, and before checkout we apologized to the staff and technician for being short with them on our first night. We were exhausted. That first night was a mess. We had booked a heritage room, and check-in went smoothly, though the receptionist's comment that the guests next door wouldn't bother us because they were coming and going for UWRF didn't feel welcoming. We were attending too, and thought the staff could have shown more enthusiasm for it. We returned around 11 PM and couldn't get into our room because the electronic lock was broken. My husband urgently needed the toilet. Reception couldn't open the door, and the technician was a terrible communicator. He didn't answer our questions properly and at one point left without explaining what was happening. We were tired and needed to clean up, so we got cranky. After 30-40 minutes, they opened it with a manual key. The hot water didn't work either, which staff confirmed, so we asked to move to a room with a working door and hot water. They moved us to the next villa, but just as I was about to lie down, the bed frame or legs broke. We were speechless. After that they moved us to the skylight room, by then past midnight. It was a disastrous start, but the staff and management made things right in the end.

We chose Bumi Kinar in Ubud for our wedding anniversary, and its peaceful beauty left us amazed. The skylight design made the room feel magical, bringing nature and comfort together. The personal service made us feel cared for, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. We loved it enough to return during a full moon. Watching it from bed beneath a starry sky was even more breathtaking. An unforgettable experience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better here than anywhere else. Fixtures were among the best I've seen, and the service was attentive and pleasant without hovering. Bumi Kinar's two-bedroom villa in the new wing is a special mix of personality, luxury, and comfort. Modern architecture sits naturally in the surroundings, with stunning Mount Agung views from the living room and many shared areas. Walking the grounds takes you past charming heritage villas and lush gardens. Beyond the entrance, an easy-to-miss path opens onto hectares of rice fields. Magnificent. A place to properly unwind and pamper yourself.
