The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the location was good. But the listing on Booking calls it The Palm Green Ubud and gives a different address. What you get is one room with a private bathroom, while everything else is shared, so there isn't much privacy. For six days straight, nearby refurbishment work ran from 8am to 8pm without any notice. The deck chairs and pool couldn't be used, and there was no quiet. I couldn't leave without losing my money, so I asked for a refund. Each time, they ignored that and said they had one more day of work and were sorry. The bathroom smelled damp and wasn't cleaned during our 14-day stay. Apart from all that, it's a nice place.

Great value for the price, and an excellent stay. The administrator, Iwan, told us about all the advantages of Bali.

We stayed for eight days and really liked it. The place is quiet and very cozy, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. They cleaned almost every day and changed the towels and bed linen.
