The room was immaculate, beautifully put together, and the bathroom was lovely. The air conditioning worked great, and the floating breakfast was a real treat. Getting around was easy too: it was about a 10-minute walk to central Ubud, and the rice field walk was nearby, but the hotel was tucked away and quiet, far enough from the fields to avoid the mosquitoes. What really stood out was how accommodating everyone was. My driver got caught in traffic because of a special temple event, so someone from the front desk came out on a scooter and took me through the side streets. Everyone was friendly for the rest of my stay as well. I almost changed my itinerary to stay longer, and I've been telling people to book here.

The gardens were gorgeous, and the rooms were stunning. All the staff made me feel at home, like I was part of the family. I can't recommend this boutique hotel enough, 10/10.

The pool was a lovely, quiet spot, and the property is set back from the street while still being near markets and restaurants. It was handy having access to two roads from the property. Follow their arrival directions and message them, especially to find the back entrance. Staff were welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive without hovering. Breakfast was fine, and the serving window was flexible: between 7am and 11am, just tell them the day before.

We really enjoyed breakfast, and wish we'd booked a longer stay. The pool is beautiful, surrounded by lush, well-kept plants, and you can smell incense outside. The room was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent too, efficient and friendly while still being discreet. This was the best hotel we've visited in Bali so far. We'll be back!
