The staff were welcoming from the start, always kind, friendly, and ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and everything felt well organized. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Breakfast and dinner both had good variety and high quality. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly come back. Highly recommended.

We especially appreciated Merta, who guided us for 3 days on different routes around Ubud. We visited temples, rice fields, and waterfalls, and he helped us learn about Balinese culture and find some breathtaking places. The whole team was kind, attentive, and ready to help from arrival through our final day. The spacious rooms had beautiful jungle views and plenty of privacy. The lobby infinity pool was stunning, with astonishing views, while set back from the street. The restaurant had a varied, high-quality menu, and breakfast was generous, complete, and offered lots of choices. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended, thank you!

The reception staff noticed I was heading out in the rain and offered me a raincoat. It was a small gesture, but it showed real care and professionalism. Staff throughout were gentle and attentive. The location is great, the rooms are excellent, and the service was great too. The massage costs a little more, but everything else more than makes up for it. One of the best places to stay in Ubud. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I spent New Year’s here because I wanted to wake up on 1st January somewhere beautiful and close to nature. The view was breathtaking, and the setting made me feel calm and peaceful each morning. It’s well placed for enjoying Ubud’s natural beauty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Getting around was harder than expected. The resort is quite remote, and a local taxi ban often means Gojek or Grab aren’t available, so you have to use local taxis that cost significantly more. There was also a leak in my room that left a small puddle on the floor, and I kept worrying I might slip. The gym needs attention: much of the equipment felt old, worn, and in need of a proper clean, and there were very few options. The spa was extremely expensive compared with local alternatives, with no hotel guest discounts, which was disappointing. I only had breakfast at the hotel. It was fine, but I didn’t feel drawn to eat there otherwise.
