Very quiet place and really good value for the price. We arrived late at night without knowing any restaurants, and the host took us into town on his scooter. It’s a little far from the city center, but you can rent a scooter from the homestay or walk for 20 minutes. You can also talk with them about a private tour, and they’ll make a good price.
This is my third time here, and somehow I just keep coming back. The guys who run the place are the reason: warm-hearted, kind, honest people. It’s peaceful beside the rice fields, with a couple of ducks that keep you smiling. No traffic sounds, honking motorbikes, or party music. Ubud center isn’t as far as you might think, and walking is good exercise. You can also rent a scooter. There are plenty of warungs nearby if you’re hungry, and Pepito supermarket plus other small markets are close, so life is pretty easy here. If you want peace, quiet, and real people, you’ve found the place. Love it!
I had a great time in the room, just enjoying the peace and reading. The hospitality was great too: they made me coffee whenever I asked, and upgraded my room when I had to wait. I’ll definitely come again.
Not good, wonderful! The peaceful vibe by the rice field was lovely, and you can rent a motorbike. The room was cute and cosy, with a private bathroom and hot water, and there was a terrace to relax on, all in bamboo and wood. The staff were truly friendly and gave me coffee when I arrived. From beginning to end, it was a perfect place to stay!
A really cosy, friendly homestay, clean and well managed down to the smallest detail. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to :)
