The modern design feels well thought out, and the lighting and comfortable bed gave the room a calm atmosphere. It’s a very pleasant place to stay in Ubud, with a new property and a very clean room. There’s a compact kitchen with basic cooking essentials, a water dispenser with hot and cold water, tea and sugar, and good-quality tableware. Large mirrors throughout also make the space feel more open. The clean, well-equipped bathroom came with white towels, a bathrobe, and Sensatia toiletries, a nice touch. Staff were friendly and professional, and available 24/7. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The room itself was a nice surprise: brand new, very clean, and the pillow and other amenities made for a comfortable night's sleep. The loft was pleasant too, and it's quiet despite being close to Ubud center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Getting there was the frustrating part. Cars can't reach the hotel, so we had to park at Gajah Biru Parking Area, the closest option, for 50K IDR a night. I booked on Agoda for September 23-25th and saw no warning about parking, so it felt a bit like a scam to end up paying 100K IDR for two nights. With luggage, the 3-5minute walk would be difficult, especially in rain or bad weather. There was no hotel social media or direct WhatsApp contact listed with customer service on Agoda. The app messages didn't come through properly, so check-in was confusing. I arrived around 00:00ish and had to let myself into the room because it was unlocked.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The design is modern and stylish, with everything looking new and thoughtfully put together. It's handy for cafes, restaurants, and Ubud's main spots, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

The apartment was comfortable and matched its description. I liked being able to walk easily to Ubud center, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I'd stay here again.
