Puri Landu Ubud Luxury Villas

Mr Wayan was a huge help throughout my stay, lending me a scooter so I could get around Ubud easily and suggesting places and favorite restaurants to visit. His villa exceeded my expectations. The room was large, very clean, and had a lovely interior, with a beautiful paddy view right outside. Everything was amazing, and it was worth every bit of what I spent. I really recommend staying here!

There are four spacious villas, each with a kitchenette and veranda, and they were absolutely spotless. The pool and sun loungers look out over the rice fields, and the rates feel fair for the amount of space. It’s a peaceful place to enjoy nature and Balinese culture. Owner Wayan Satu was accommodating and helpful with our needs, including arranging airport or other transfers, scooter rental, and different breakfast requests. I’d happily recommend a stay here in Ubud. Book well ahead, though, as the villas are often full a month in advance.

We were very comfortable in the spacious villa, and breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff were helpful throughout our stay at Puri Landu. One thing to know is that there seem to be more villas than the photos show, possibly because some were added after the pictures were taken, so the pool is shared by four or five villas. The nearby rice paddies are currently grass fields because of irrigation problems. We were told that’s temporary and they should become paddies again soon.

The setting is quiet, with rice paddies around it, and there’s a very good Warung that delivers in any weather. We spent a week here with family, and the villa and staff exceeded what we expected. The staff were fantastic. You can rent a scooter from the owner, and there was delicious breakfast waiting for us each morning. We’d definitely stay here again.
