Queen Bisma Villa 10 Min Walking To Ubud Center

The pool was a lovely bonus, clean and well kept, with a peaceful spot to cool off and sit in the sun. Queen Bisma Villa also made it easy to explore the markets, temples, and other local attractions from its great Ubud location. My room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful with questions and requests, and the villa had a welcoming feel that made me feel at home. Breakfast was included, with tasty food and a range of choices. I found the price fair for the accommodation and service. Just be aware of the extra 3% charge for card payments. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend Queen Bisma Villa for a comfortable visit to Ubud.

There are a few stairs at the entrance, so this isn’t suitable for wheelchair users. The approach is also narrow and cars can’t reach the villa, so you have to walk around 50m to get there. Once inside, it feels homey and well maintained, and it works well for a big group. It’s near Ubud palace, about 8-10 mins walk away, and close to central Ubud. A good choice for adventurous guests who enjoy walking around the area.

The villa’s location and the service from the staff were good for what we asked for, but some details of the design felt odd. The bathroom door is mirrored and there’s no curtain, which makes it difficult for a group to shower or use the toilet comfortably. The room light is too bright, the air-con doesn’t work very well, and there are lots of mosquitoes. The pool is quite small too.

Right on bisma street, this private villa has a great location with cafes, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. Ubud center and monkey forest are about a 10-minute walk away. It’s a lovely six-bedroom villa for a big group, with room for up to 12 people.
