A glimpse of local life in Bali, with an authentic breakfast and motorbike rental on site. The private studio was great. This feels like one of the last authentic Balinese family guesthouses around Ubud.

It was hard to find the entrance, and there are almost no amenities. It also seems to be used as temporary accommodation for practitioners. On the first day of my trip, I slipped on the thick moss covering the steep entrance in the rain and had a sore neck for several days afterward. I wouldn't consider it suitable for couples.
