The staff were friendly, but the villa wasn't very clean. It's hard to get to, and a car can't reach it.

A very nice place. We were allowed to use two pools, one overlooking the fields and the other the jungle. If someone was swimming in one, we went to the other. The cleaning crew came almost every day. The claim about rats is a lie, there are no rats. If you leave the entrance unlocked, local dogs might come in in the morning and tear up the trash. They're calm and kind, just like the locals.

Watching the sunset from this oceanfront cafe was a highlight, and the location and service are both great. There’s seating indoors and out, and they’ll lend you an umbrella. A beach chair is 500 rubles, though. Food was spicy across the menu, not very tasty, and there weren’t any vegetarian choices.

The room had a comfortable bed, AC and a fan, plus a shower with hot water. The kitchen has the basics, and the little coffee and sugar packets were a nice touch. Staff were quite friendly, and the pool looks out over the jungle. It’s a secluded spot, though, far from the center, with an unlit, empty road by the entrance. The bathrooms also weren’t fully clean when we arrived.
