I’m giving three stars to recognize the ladies and gentlemen who handled the complaints well. I hope the problems we ran into can be fixed. The water was off from night until morning, and there weren’t any towels in the upstairs rooms. There was no trash can upstairs, including in the bathroom. Cleanliness also needed work, with hair scattered around. Since the accommodation didn’t seem to know about our online booking and there was no coordination with people at the house, it seemed they weren’t ready for guests that day. This isn’t meant to offend. Thanks, and I hope things improve.
